Start off by emailing your resume to success@eximuseducation.com and providing comprehensive details about your tutoring skills, work experience, and expertise. Tell us about your achievements and credentials that you believe are relevant to the role.

You will be called for a phone screening in which we will evaluate your grammar and accent, flexibility, and vision for education particularly in terms of tutoring.

If you qualify, you will be asked to give an online demo lesson that assesses your subject knowledge, ability to impart, tutoring style, engagement with students, encouragement of questions, and use of technology such as digital pens and screen-sharing.

You will sign a Tutor's Agreement with Eximus Education and be verified via documentation.

Finally and most importantly, you will complete mandatory safeguarding training that complies with relevant policies.
